Computer Stores Sell Cryptocurrency Mining Hardware at Singapore Mall
It surely seems that now it is much easier for people interested in mining to start their operations. The Singapore Mall has decided to provide them some support. The mall in Singapore allows now people to buy cryptocurrency mining hardware.
Retail computer hardware shops start selling cryptocurrency mining gear
The growth of the cryptocurrency market has managed to draw interest from a diverse area of people. Some have decided to invest on the market, while others have decided to engage in cryptocurrency mining. Now, mining can be easier as a series of retail computer hardware shops have decided to enter the market.
In fact, local media has reported that a total of five computer stores are now selling cryptocurrency mining rigs at the mall in Singapore, the Sim Lim Square. The move is considered to have come also because people in Singapore have shown more interest into the cryptocurrency mining market.
And since the interest is high, the demand is also good. One of the owners of the shops which sell such rigs revealed that he actually sells about ten rigs on a weekly basis.
The shop started selling cryptocurrency mining hardware about six months ago. Of course, ever since the first month, the demand has been in constant growth. The shop owner revealed that at first he only sold one or two rigs.
All kind of people purchase mining rigs, the shop owner said, including people in their early 20s and people who have retired. He also revealed that many people use the rigs to mine the second most popular cryptocurrency, Ethereum. The shop owner said that:
“Most of my customers would ask me to help transfer the rigs from their homes to a data centre because they don’t like the heat and noise.”
Well, not all shop owners have been so lucky. Some have claimed that they have not sold any mining rigs for the moment, but did reveal that they get more and more questions about them.
